On 21 August 2019 a Scheme of Arrangement was implemented under which Nippon Paint Holdings Co., Ltd. acquired 100% of the Shares in DuluxGroup Limited. As a result DuluxGroup Shares are no longer listed on the Australian Securities Exchange ASX).
