Our Values & Behaviours
Dulux Group genuinely live and breathe our values; they underpin our high-performance culture and drive the delivery of our core purpose.
We recruit for positions right across Australia and New Zealand.
Our recruitment process is designed to give you the best opportunity to showcase your talent, in a streamlined approach. Initial applications open in July and we aim to get back to you within 2 weeks of your application being submitted
We run a best-practice recruitment process specifically designed for early careers recruitment.
This involves submitting an eligibility form, if eligible you will be asked to complete our motivation application form, online testing and video interview followed by a virtual engagement centre (to find out more about us) and then an in person interview and case study.
At this Engagement Centre, you will hear from graduates and senior leaders within your chosen stream about what it’s like to work at Dulux Group. You’ll then be invited to an inperson interview where you’ll also complete a case study exercise. At both the engagement centre and interview you’ll also have the opportunity to get all your questions answered and find out more about us.
If you’ve never completed online testing or a video interview before, these tasks might sound daunting – but let us reassure you there’s nothing to worry about!
Our best advice is to:
We’re committed to giving our applicants the chance to pursue roles on a level playing field, by removing barriers that people with a disability may face. If you think there are any reasonable adjustments we can make to the recruitment process (or the role), so you can participate fairly.
